This Privacy Policy explains how Workefy handles information collected through this website (workefy.io). It covers the marketing website only. If you use one of our products under a customer agreement, the data handling for that product is governed by that agreement rather than this page.

The forms on this site ask for your name, work email address, and optionally your company name and a message describing what you would like to see. Some forms also accept a phone number. You choose what to enter; the only required fields are those marked as such.

When you submit a form, that information is sent to our internal operations platform, where it is stored as an enquiry and made available to our team so we can reply to you. A notification is sent internally so the enquiry is not missed.

If you consent to analytics, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors move through the site — for example which pages are viewed and which links are followed. This includes information such as approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser type, and pages visited.

Analytics are disabled by default. No analytics cookies are set unless you choose “Accept” on the cookie banner. If you choose “Decline”, or ignore the banner, the site works exactly the same and no analytics cookies are written.

Our web host also produces standard server logs as a normal part of serving a website.

We use a small number of cookies and similar storage. A record of your cookie choice is stored in your browser so we do not ask again on every visit. Analytics cookies are set by Google Analytics only after you accept.

You can change your mind at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser settings, which will remove the stored choice and show the banner again. You can also block or delete cookies through your browser controls.

We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not use analytics data to build advertising profiles.

We use the information you submit to respond to your enquiry, arrange a demonstration, and follow up about the products you asked about. We use analytics information, where consented, to improve the clarity and usefulness of the site.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Enquiry data is stored on our own operations platform. Analytics processing is performed by Google as our analytics provider. Our website is served by our hosting provider, which processes requests in order to deliver pages to you.

These providers act on our instructions for the purposes described in this policy.

We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of our correspondence, and then for a reasonable period afterwards for business record-keeping. Analytics data is retained according to the retention period configured in our analytics account.

If you would like your enquiry deleted sooner, contact us and we will do so unless we are required to keep it.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to the personal information we hold about you, to ask us to correct or delete it, or to object to or restrict how we use it. To make a request, email contact@workefy.io.

We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

The site is served over an encrypted connection, and enquiry data is transmitted to our platform over encrypted connections. Access to enquiry records is limited to people who need it to respond to you.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

This site links to our product applications and may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of sites we do not operate. We recommend reading the privacy policy of any site you visit.

This site is intended for businesses and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this policy as the site or our practices change. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be reflected here.
